How do I sign up for paperless billing?

New web account customer? There's no setup required! Simply click here to create a web account.

For existing web account customers, follow these easy steps to switch to paperless bills:

1. Sign in to your Web Account.
2. Click on Account Settings on the left menu.
3. Click on 407 ETR Paperless Billing on the left menu.
4. Accept Terms and Conditions and submit.
